Thank you so much for sharing this article. Several of those tips are ones I’d never thought of and they just might help me with my driving fear. It’s getting so I avoid driving as much as possible and I know I’m on my way to full-blown phobia if I don’t do something.

I need to send this article to my mother. She suffers from driving phobia and despite getting behind the wheel a few times as a teenager, she never got her license.

I guess the main problem with my driving Phobia is I find nothing wrong with being completely paranoid to drive. I feel thst driving is extremely dangerous and we should all be as scared as I an. I find it easier for me tip drive than to have others drive me. I just do not trust anyone on the road. I was in a very serious accident thst I was the passenger in, but thst was years ago. Why am I suddenly paralyzed with fear when having someone drive me. I have no car so I deal with this daily n it has caused so many fights between me and my boyfriend or one of my best friends. I hate bugging them so much, that’s why I’m seeking help
