Very interesting. I’ve treated many of my ailments over the years with supplements and diet. Now, mainstream doctors are starting to recognize the part that diet and lack of nutrients and vitamins play in our development of diseases. I’m glad to see that the role they play in mental health is now coming to light. Good article.

Thanks! Changes in nutrition alone may not be enough for severe anxiety, but it can be a big help in not contributing to more stress.
